When founder, Carol Joy Hatton, first set off in search of age-defying ingredients with which to create her own skin and hair care products, little did she know the impact Carol Joy London would have globally.

Fast forward to the present day and the brand, which started its impressive journey at The Dorchester, can be found worldwide at the most prestigious locations, having attracted renowned names including Burj Al Arab, Four Seasons and Belmond. Carol Joy London can also be found in South Africa at the jewel of the Cape winelands, Delaire Graff Estate, and Cape Town’s architecturally acclaimed The Silo, part of the Royal Portfolio. Heading to the Highlands, Carol Joy London has partnered with the Spa at The Carnegie Club, Skibo Castle, the exclusive and enchanting private members’ club that redefines the parameters of luxury and service.

Carol Joy London attributes its success to the best of Switzerland’s manufacturing and Germany’s pioneering technology coupled with the unquestionably British drive for excellence that formed the brand’s foundations. Coveted ingredients like refined golden millet oil, medically derived pure collagen, precious caviar algae and 24 carat gold play central roles in products and services, combined with myofascial massage, diamond microdermabrasion, pure hyperbaric oxygen and cellular vacuum massage. Having launched the world’s first pure collagen spray, Carol Joy London has cemented itself as an industry leader in Pure Collagen technology.

A natural progression for the brand was the introduction of its heavenly body treatments, including a Caviar and Collagen Cocoon, Myofascial Body Work and Signature Massage. In addition, the Caviar and Algae Detox is a definite favourite delivering a ‘springy metabolism’, as praised by Tatler magazine.

The new treatments coincided with the launch of the Senses Collection of body oils. These allow for the tailoring of treatments to create a ‘Sense of Calm, Purity, Balance or Happiness’ using the power of essential oils. Each has the clinically proven and skin rejuvenating refined golden millet
oil at its heart, conditioning the skin while simultaneously treating the body at both a physical and emotional level through aromatherapy.

The flagship hair salon is located at The Dorchester, with a sister salon at Fairmont Monte Carlo, while The Luxury Collection’s Parklane, Cyprus will soon become home to the third Carol Joy London hair salon with spectacular floor-to-ceiling views over the Mediterranean.

Carol Joy London has approached wellness by creating a beauty solution that works from the inside out, outside in and top to toe. Hair treatments are inspired by spa techniques, body treatments inspired by facials and coveted refined golden millet oil flows through their product range.

The exciting journey continues for Carol Joy London, which previously featured as one of Great British Brand’s 25 ‘Brands to Watch’. Further body product launches are in the pipeline and there are new treatments to look forward to. In the meantime, Carol Joy London continues to deliver bespoke treatments for the world’s most discerning clients and a knockout product range to match, raising the bar in the world of spa.
