Escape to the brand new Kings Arms Hotel and immerse yourself in British history with an inclusive trip to the former home of King Henry VIII, Hampton Court…

The Kings Arms is a beautiful new boutique hotel and restaurant located in the heart of Hampton Court. Dating back to the 17th Century, the hotel has undergone a major renovation and now includes 14 individually styled rooms, a stunning lounge, cocktail bar, and terrace as well exquisite restaurant, The Six.

Named in deference to Henry VIII’s wives, the restaurant features a seasonal menu designed by Michelin star chef Mark Kempson and delivered by rising star, head chef Jack Scoines. Local produce is championed with cuisine that nods to traditional British but with a modern twist.

The Kings Arms enjoys an enviable position nestled by the Lion Gate of Hampton Court Palace, overlooking its maze and opposite the fabulous Royal Deer Park, Bushy Park where guests can enjoy walks amongst the roaming wildlife. A short stroll away is the picturesque Thames and the numerous shops and boutiques of the area.

Cosy in the winter with a roaring fire, and cool and relaxing in summer, the lounge combines pink and pale grey tones with antique marble tables and guests can enjoy a range of cocktails and drinks in the beautiful bar, which is also dog friendly. Al fresco dining can be found on the Terrace, a perfect spot for drinks and food on warmer days.

All guests are catered for at the Kings Arms, bedrooms range from the smallest crash pad to the luxurious Hampton Suite and little ones will love the bunk beds in the family room.

In the rooms, a warm pallet of rich bottle greens, smoky blues and warming pinks are carried from the fabrics right through to the handmade mosaic tiles used in the rain showers and back out to the botanical-printed curtains.

Championing British and locally sourced materials is important to the hotel and many of the suppliers are local to the property, including fabrics from British manufacturer Angel & Boho and skincare products for each of the guest rooms from Jenny Betts.
