The collaboration between Moët Hennessy, the world’s leader in luxury wine and spirits, On Air Dining, the executive on-flight concierge, and Victor, the leading private jet charter marketplace, offers private fliers access to a luxurious onboard menu that showcases a combination of quality, fresh ingredients and culinary expertise and flair.
Tailor your dishes, or choose from a multitude of set tasting menu pairings and ‘sky-high dishes’ featuring exclusive foods that ‘complement [the] heritage’ of Dom Pérignon, the illustrious champagne house in which the menus were designed to support says Daniel Hulme, CEO of On Air Dining. In an effort to craft ‘unforgettable experiences’, the three luxury powerhouse companies have combined their strengths to allow flyers to experience a whole new level of personalised, ‘high touch’ luxury travel.
The menus, designed by On Air Dining, were created using innovative technology and cookery skills that aim to enhance the effects on the palate whilst eating on board. The carefully curated menus were also created hand in hand with tasting experts from Dom Pérignon, creating an all-around celebration of fine food and drink at an altitude. For seafood lovers, try the pan-roasted langoustine with confit pork croquette, truffled leek, shallot and parsley which is expertly paired with Dom Pérignon Plénitude Deuxième, and for a real treat, request (POA) the lobster and butter-poached chicken, which you’ll enjoy paired with Cloudy Bay Te Koko 2015 from Moët Hennessy’s world-renowned and highly coveted wine stable.
