The cinema has launched a brand new show for December at the famed art deco theatre Troxy, which entails a Christmas Movie Spectacular featuring a live choir and an original story narrated by George the Poet. Alternatively, visit Backyard Cinema Wandsworth, where you can journey into a Winter Night Garden or Snow Kingdom while you get your festive film fix. Choose from classics like Love Actually, Home Alone and Elf.

Luna Cinema has launched its winter cinema experience in two London locations this year: Kensington Palace and Battersea Arts Centre. With dates spanning throughout December, the experience promises screenings of all-time favourites as well as modern smashers like The Snowman and The Snowdog. Think glowing lights, snow scenes and Christmas trees, as well as a stocked bar and snack facilities. A great treat to share with friends and family – just note, fluffy jumpers and Santa hats are very much encouraged.
