Ultimate Christmas Baking, Borough Market: Go all out at their full day baking course, where you’ll create a whole host of sweet and savoury treats to take home, including stollen, both classic and frangipane mince pies, a savoury chestnut, sage and onion loaf and a ginger cake, plus some orange and stem ginger amaretti biscuits. Runs for 6½ hours and includes lunch. £180pp
Scandinavian Baking Workshop: Bring some hygge to your home by creating some Scandinavian-inspired treats at this 3-hour workshop, where you’ll create delicious savoury nut loaves, Nordic sourdough and sticky cinnamon buns under expert guidance. This one runs until March, so you can keep the baked goods coming way past Christmas. £90pp
