Fast & Healthy Food, 14 May: Eating well doesn’t have to mean hours slaving away in the kitchen – at this workshop you’ll learn how to cook healthy food quickly under Amelia’s expert guidance. £235pp
Plant-Based Balance, 25 June: Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, or just looking to eat more plant-based food, this class will give you lots of great inspiration, alongside information about how to enjoy a balanced, nutritionally complete plant-based diet. £399pp
Autumn Batch Cooking, 11 September: As the summer draws to a close, Amelia will be guiding guests into autumn with a batch cooking class, focused around warming, nourishing meals. £235pp
Eating For Health & Weight Loss, 23 October: This workshop will involve enlightening talks, cooking demonstrations and advice around the concept of ‘eating well’, particularly within our increasingly busy lives. Topics such as mindset and eating, blood sugar management and positive nutrition will be addressed, and you’ll leave with lots of recipes and tips up your sleeve. £399pp
“There is definitely no such thing as the perfect diet – we are all utterly unique; with different genetics, microbiomes, environment, cultural influences and preferences,” says Amelia. “What works for one person will be wrong for the next. However, I do think that the fundamental principles of healthy eating are common amongst us all, and so I have created guidelines for Lime Wood and Herb House that provide a basis for a healthy lifestyle and focusing on nutrient dense foods that deliver the building blocks needed to support their health.”
