Fancy trialling some of the city’s hottest workout studios? Watching live cooking demonstrations from big names in the food world? Listening to talks from leading wellbeing experts? Do all this and more at Live Well London, which returns to Old Billingsgate this February.
Over the course of the weekend visitors are invited to choose from over 130 fitness classes from boutique studios across London – including barre, boxing and HIIT. Gym bunnies can also head to the ‘Move It’ stage to take part in live classes from some of the capital’s top trainers and fitness experts. Over at The Kitchen, meanwhile, guests can drop in on live cooking demos, where foodie celebs will be on hand to chat all things health and nutrition.
Industry Talks will also return to the festival following its success in 2019: a day dedicated to celebrating growth and innovation in the wellness industry. It’s the perfect opportunity for budding wellness entrepreneurs to learn about starting up a career in the wellness world – which is now estimated to be worth $4.2tn globally. And Friday at Live Well London plays host to Wellbeing Works, which is all about providing advice and inspiration for HR teams looking to improve wellness in the workplace.
A line-up of big names in the wellness world will be in attendance, including likes of Liz Earle MBE, Dame Kelly Holmes, Rhiannon Lambert, Richie Norton, Jonny Wilkinson CBE and Ben Bidwell. Elsewhere: a wellness-focused shopping village offering samples and tastings, a yoga studio, a meditation zone, a mindful drinking social space, a skincare pop-up, and a health check station hosted by Bupa.
