Hosted at ExCel London, The London Classic Car Show is an almighty celebration of the world’s greatest classic cars. Know your 1965 Ford Mustang from your 1969 Jaguar E-Type? This is the event for you.
The London Classic Car Show attracts hundreds of classic car owners, manufacturers, dealers, collectors and is spread over 4 days with a host of events throughout the exhibition to get you suitably revved up. A particular feature of interest is the indoor driving runway were attendees will be able to see some of the most glorious classic cars in action. Another exciting aspect of the show this year is the celebration of Ian Callum, the Director of Design at Jaguar. ‘One of the world’s foremost automotive design talents’, Ian will be awarded this year’s Icon Award and attendees will be able to see just why he’s this year’s recipient by perusing the exhibition of his work. Highlights also include a special exhibition to mark movie The Italian Job’s 50th anniversary by reuniting the surviving cars from the thrilling car-chase movie; Historic Motorsport, a returning feature of the event which will give visitors the understanding of how to go ‘from garage to grid’; Quentin Wilson and Phill Bell, editor of Classic Cars, will be giving talks on their exhibition stand and also on the Supagard Theatre’s stage; a celebration of the 100 year anniversary of French automobile manufacturer Citroën, and so much more.
