Leading names in the wellness industry will be coming together this October for Fora’s first annual wellness event, Restore at Fora. During the week-long series, panel discussions, workshops, classes and installations will be taking place across the capital. The best part? They’re all completely free!
Highlights include a live podcast with Emeli Sandé, a HIIT workout with Davina McCall’s personal trainer Sarah Gorman and Rob Da Bank’s famed Sleep Retreat. Other events include a mindfulness bar crawl, a terrarium workshop, and an installation from the world’s first and only breathing chair, created to promote conscious breathing.
A number of talks and discussions will be taking place, including Body Science Live: an evening of conversation surrounding the body’s connection to DNA. A panel of scientists, diet experts, chefs and business leaders will be presenting on the science of genetics, blood biomarkers and other body data. Afterwards, there will be a section on how to create a ‘wellness at work’ culture, followed by an opportunity for networking over drinks. Other topics being discussed throughout the week include mental health in the workplace, biomechanics and healthy movement, and financial wellbeing.
A members’ club and co-working space, Fora was founded in 2017 by Enrico Sanna and Katrina Larkin with the aim of making the concept of working a healthy and inspirational experience. There are now seven locations across the capital, all featuring wellbeing services such as yoga studios, reading rooms, personal trainers and open green spaces.
Events take place across Fora’s seven locations across Clerkenwell, Borough, Fitzrovia, Soho, Spitalfields, Shoreditch and Reading.
14-18 October 2019
All sessions are completely free for both Fora residents and the general public. Reserve your space now at foraspace.com
