Make your garden more bee friendly with this morning workshop by Daylesford Farm in Kingham. As part of their commitment to supporting bees and other essential pollinators, the Daylesford experts will be on hand to ‘show you how to introduce floral diversity with a riot of scents, colours and forms’.

On the day, participants will visit the beehives in the Market Garden to learn about the honeybee lifecycle, what bees are looking for as they forage, seasonal variations in their diets and favourite nectar sources.
Guests will also learn how to design a beautiful garden using bee-friendly plants. You will also have the chance to create a planter for pollinators which you can take home.

Attendees should wear comfortable clothes. Full-length trousers, long-sleeved tops and boots or wellingtons will be needed to visit the bees. Protective veiled smocks will be provided on the day.
