For one day only, Nathan Rich, Executive Chef at Twin Farms in the USA, will be joining The Game Bird team for a special guest chef event, taking place at The Stafford London. Nathan will be cooking up an impressive five-course lunch and dinner menu alongside The Game Bird Culinary Director Ben Tish, bringing together the cuisines of Vermont and Britain.
Prepare to be very well fed: the evening will begin with canapés including golden osetra caviar, aerated egg and shallot jam, and beef tartare with charcoal mayonnaise. Next, tuck into an indulgent five-course feast, featuring steamed stone bass, salt-aged beef, and dark chocolate mousse with raspberries and elderflower.
Just two years after Nathan joined Twin Farms back in 2013, he became one of just three chefs in the world to be awarded the Relais & Châteaux 2013 Rising Chef Trophy. Before this he spent years sharpening his culinary skills at top establishments such as Mandarin Oriental and The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel in New Hampshire. Nathan’s all about seasonal food – he prefers using naturally grown or raised ingredients, and often uses herbs, fruit and vegetables grown at Twin Farms.
