January has arrived, which means many of us will be looking to kick-start our new year wellness regime. If you’re jumping aboard the health train, get inspired at ME London’s winter programme: a month of events and experiences surrounding all aspects of wellness.
First up on 14 January is a meditation workshop hosted by The Mindfulness Project, which will educate guests on mindfulness practices to help reduce stress, improve concentration and build emotional intelligence.
On a quest for the perfect night’s sleep? Nutritionist and author of The Art of Sleeping Rob Hobson is here to help. On 15 January he’ll be drawing on scientific research, expert advice and his own experience with insomnia to offer guests information, tips and advice on how to sleep better.
ME London has also partnered with boutique London studio Another_Space to offer a morning of energising yoga at their Covent Garden branch followed by a wholesome vegan brunch at Radio Rooftop – complete with panoramic views over London. Those partaking in Dry January, meanwhile, will be well looked after at the Seedlip Experience, a chance to learn all about the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit. Guests will enjoy a tasting of the full range alongside seasonal canapes, and get some tips on how to make tasty mocktails at home.
Rounding off the series is a CBD Sound Bath session: the perfect way to reconnect with yourself following the hectic festive season. It’s a practice which dates back thousands of years, designed to help the brain reach deep relaxation – specifically the delta and theta brain wave states, which are the slowest brain waves in humans. The event, which takes place on 22 January, celebrates the launch of OTO CBD’s drinks and products at ME London.
