The Fellows Antique & Modern Jewellery Sale

With estimates ranging from £150 to £180,000, there’s something for everyone at Fellows’ latest Antiques & Modern Jewellery sale; just in time for the new season. You can view the full catalogue online, or check out the lots in person at one of the pre-sale viewings.

Viewings prior to the sale are in Birmingham on 12 and 13 September between 10-4pm, and the day of the sale 14 September 8.30 to 11am.

The Lots to Know

The hero lots for this sale at a Cartier ‘Lia’ platinum diamond ring, and Van Cleef & Arpels – a pair of diamond and turquoise ‘Rose de Noël’ earrings.

CARTIER – a platinum diamond ‘Lia’ ring. Estimate: £120,000 – £180,000

‘The rectangular-shape diamond, weighing 4.57cts, with baguette-cut diamond accent gallery and tapered band. Signed and numbered Cartier, HLS03783. With report 15271050, dated 5th September 2006, from the GIA, stating D colour, Internally Flawless. Ring size K1/2. Weight 16gms. With maker’s case.’

Van Cleef & Arpels – a pair of diamond and turquoise ‘Rose de Noël’ earrings. Estimate: £9,000 – £14,000

‘Each designed as a Christmas rose, the brilliant-cut diamond and gold stem cluster, with turquoise cabochon petal surround. Signed and numbered VCA, JB224568. Total diamond weight 0.97ct, D-F colour, IF-VVS clarity. French assay marks. Diameter 3.1cms. Weight 24.9gms.’
