What to Do Today: Get Your Sneaker On at Adidas’ New Store

Today, Tuesday 20 March, Adidas opened a new stadium-concept store in Westfield London. The store’s opening day brings free events such as live shoe customisation by artists and a lace bar masterclasses run by style experts. The store will also feature a graphic sticker art installation, where customers can get creative on a giant Perspex wall.

These events and masterclasses will mark the opening of the UK’s first stadium-concept store; home to Adidas Performance ranges including running, football, training and young athletes, as well as originals and Adidas by Stella McCartney.

The store also will feature it’s technology in ‘Test & Create’ areas such as football and running zones, where customers will be encouraged to take products for a test run. A Sutu Wall in the football zone will allow customers to play interactive games to try out product benefits such as accuracy and ball handling.

Other features will include mi-adidas customisation stations for shoes and apparel, which will let customers create their own unique design from a blank canvas.
