Feel the burn like never before at one of the newly launched outdoor classes from Paola’s Body Barre. A mixture of pilates, cardio, strength, ballet and dance-based moves, classes are harder than the average barre class. But your body will thank you for it – after just a few sessions you’ll feel leaner, stronger and more toned. Classes are taking place on both Wandsworth Common and Bishop’s Park, and all you need to bring is a mat and a resistance band. £10 per class, paolasbodybarre.com
To tide you over until their re-opening on 25 July, head to Battersea Park to join one of FLEX Chelsea’s new park workouts. With no more than five people per session, you’ll receive maximum attention and motivation too. flexchelsea.com

ForeRestore, a mobility based flow class. ForeStrength a HIIT class with lots of plyometrics. You can book via our website or @mindbody.
