Classes are taking place in Bishop’s Park, and all you need to bring is a mat and a resistance band. £10 per class,

Box out your frustrations with high-end boxing gym BXR. It’s running socially distanced outdoor group classes in Paddington Gardens until 16 May, next to the Marylebone studio. Choose from SweatBOX; Cardio Conditioning and Core; and Strength and Conditioning.

Paddleboarding with Active 360

Bored of your workout routine? Mix things up with a stand up paddle boarding session on the Thames. Active360 is running classes at a number of locations across the city, including Kew Bridge, Paddington, Putney and Brentford Lock. Stand up paddle boarding is somewhat easier to master than other water sports, but still provides a full body workout.
