Psycle At Home

From their renowned high-energy spin classes to calming yoga, Psycle is known for providing some of the best classes in the capital. During lockdown the studio launched online classes via Instagram Live, which proved a huge success – frequently reeling in over 2,000 participants at a time. So, despite real-life studios being back open, the company has decided to continue its digital offering through a new platform, titled Psycle At Home. This features all four of their workouts – Ride, Barre, Strength and Yoga – with classes ranging from 20 to 60 minutes in length. A subscription costs £35 per month, with the first 500 sign ups unlocking ‘First Movers’ pricing at £25 per month for the rest of 2020.

The 50-minute classes will take place via Zoom, with three formats to choose from: Bodyweight, Bands and Weight Training. The Fore

The Fore’s NOGA classes are billed as ‘yoga without the yoga’: think mobility and core focus, with a range of movements designed to unlock the benefits of conscious breathing. The Fore is known for its use of the TRX, which is incorporated into some of the classes – though there are classes that don’t require any equipment too. Free, the-fore.co.uk
